For upgrading from pisi 1.0 and before
You have to move the packages in /var/lib/pisi under /var/lib/pisi/package.
You have to move the packages in /var/lib/pisi under /var/lib/pisi/package and remove /var/db/pisi/ directory.
db version has changed, so a rebuild-db will be unfortunately
necessary.
