This could simplify logics in the source. Now this test is done
like 'if (aStr.getLength() != 0) {...}' or 'if (!aStr.getLength()) {...}'.

With isEmpty() this looks like:
if (aStr.isEmpty()) {...}
if (!aStr.isEmpty()) {...}

I think this would make the code more readable.
