Contextclasses implement XFastContextHandler
Importclasses implement XFastDocumentHandler
Tokens for BlockList.xml are defined in BlockListTokens.txt
Tokens for content.xml are defined in TextBlockTokens.txt
A perfect hash table is generated with gperf and used by the tokenhandlers
